Terms and Conditions for the Isle of Wight Classic Motor Show
- General Information These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in the Isle of Wight Classic Motor Show (“Event”). By registering for and attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate in the Event.
- Event Details

Event Date: 6th & 7th September 2025
Event Location: Saturday: The Quay, Newport | Sunday: Esplanade & North Walk, Ryde

- Registration
All participants must complete the registration form provided by the Event organizer.
Fees will be required prior to any permits being sent out. The person registering will have to provide a pre-paid, self address envelope to the address provided once confrimation is recieved.
Fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
No refunds will be issued in the event of the event being cancelled for any reason including weather.
Registration confirms a spot at the Event and is subject to space availability.
We will not be held responsible for any lost permits.
- Exhibitor and Vehicle Participation
Only classic motor vehicles (defined as 20 years or older) are eligible for display at the Event.
All vehicles must meet the safety standards as outlined by the Event organizer and comply with local traffic laws.
Vehicles must remain on display for the full duration of the Event and cannot be removed early outside of the show times (10:00 and 16:00) unless authorized by the Event organizer.
Exhibitors must ensure that their vehicles are insured for the duration of the Event.
- Event Access
Vehicle access to the Event is restricted to registered participants and authorized personnel only.
American vehicles will be requested to arrive via Seaclose Park entrance (by Premire Inn/Beafeater).
All other vehicles will be requested to arrive via the Main Gate Sea Street (Newport town centre end) unless your vehicle is over the height of 4.8m (16ft), you will be then required via the Seaclose entrance due to a bridge height restriction at the Main Gate.
The event is free for spectators. Dogs welcome on a lead.
Attendees must display their ticket on the dashboard/in the window clearly visible to event marshalls from the front prior to the arrival at the event to allow a streamline entry.
There will be two coloured slips in play, one for Saturday and one for Sunday. Make sure you have the right permit on display or you will be refused entry to the Event.
- Code of Conduct
All participants must behave in a respectful and professional manner during the Event.
The Event organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, harassment, or unsafe conduct.
- Liability and Insurance
The Event organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property during the Event.
All participants, exhibitors, and visitors are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicles and property.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizer and venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the Event.
- Cancellation and Postponement
The Event organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or other emergencies.
In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible. No refunds will be given.
- Photography and Media
By attending the Event, participants grant permission to the Event organizer to use photographs, video footage, or other media taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the Event organizer in writing prior to the Event. However, this may result in entry being denied due to the complications this will cause.
- Health and Safety
Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines as required by local regulations and the Event organizer.
In case of emergency, attendees must follow the instructions of Event staff and emergency personnel.
- Changes to Terms
The Event organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Event website. The date a the top of the page will be updated to reflect these changes.
By continuing to participate in the Event after changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the laws of England and Wales.
